Over the first six months of 2026, 114 Abi employees upgraded their qualifications to perform operational tasks, while 4,755 employees completed mandatory training. Personnel preparation was conducted at external training centers, including major Russian educational institutions such as the Federal Research Center for Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov, FSBI "VNII-Zh," and others. The amount allocated for external personnel training in 2026 will exceed 12.5 million rubles.
Mandatory training areas include environmental, industrial, and fire safety, civil defense, forklift and electric pallet truck operation, sanitary-hygienic minimums, work at heights, and more. Upon completion, each employee received an official certificate confirming their readiness to perform relevant duties.
In 2026, Abi continues to implement the "Mentorship" project. This year, the program consists of two levels: "Basic Level" (for those just starting their journey as mentors) and "Advanced Level" (for practicing mentors). During the first half of 2026, 1,168 employees participated in the project.
The mentorship training program is available to all categories of Abi staff, covering both production and office roles. It covers the fundamentals of mentorship, trainee instruction techniques, and labor motivation. Participants in the "Advanced Level" will explore communication nuances, coaching tools, and emotional intelligence.
As part of the "Mentorship" project, various activities are held for participants, including lectures, workshops, and team-building quests. The company has implemented a motivation system that allows mentors to receive corporate gifts for successfully completing educational programs and participating in events.
All company employees also have access to over 200 courses and programs developed by the Abi Corporate University. Training is conducted in both face-to-face and remote formats, covering a wide range of topics from mandatory occupational health and safety courses to personal growth and time management workshops. The Abi Corporate University was established in 2008 and currently employs 9 trainers along with a team of e-learning course developers. In the first half of the year, over 6,500 employees completed training there.
Yulia Volkova, Director of the HR Department at Abi:
"For Abi, as a leader in Russia's ECG rating, personnel training is not only about fulfilling mandatory requirements but also about creating conditions for self-development and professional growth. Thanks to the wide range of programs offered by the Abi Corporate University, our employees gain not only necessary knowledge but also opportunities for career advancement.
An integral part of our comprehensive personnel development program is mentorship—a tool that facilitates both the adaptation of new employees and the professional growth of experienced colleagues."

Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: company laboratory specialists conduct over a hundred tests daily on raw materials, production environment objects, and finished products.
Abi’s laboratory specialists and managers completed a training course on the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019: "Testing Laboratory Resources: Measuring Equipment and Metrological Support." The lecturers were representatives of the Research and Testing Center (NTs) of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Federal Research Center for Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov": Natalia Vostrikova, author of the educational program, Head of the Research and Testing Center, forensic expert, Doctor of Technical Sciences; and Maria Bushneva, Head of the Consulting and Methodological Support Department.
During the course, Abi specialists enhanced their competence in organizing verification and calibration of measuring instruments, as well as checking and assessing equipment performance prior to testing and measurement. Attendees learned about the specifics of equipment procurement and verification, as well as laboratory equipment requirements according to accreditation criteria. The procedure for forming and updating regulatory documents was also reviewed separately.
The acquired knowledge and skills will help improve and update the quality management system, prevent errors and non-conformities in the daily activities of Abi's testing laboratories, and contribute to preparation for and successful completion of the next competency confirmation procedure.
Employees of the company's internal laboratories regularly undergo external training and professional retraining at specialized educational centers: FSBI "VNII-Zh", FSBNI "FRC Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov", St. Petersburg Institute of Management and Food Technologies, LLC "LINKO", and the "Sodeystvie" Training Center.
Throughout the year, Abi laboratories perform approximately 40,000 microbiological and physicochemical tests. The microbiology laboratory conducts incoming safety control of raw materials, monitors the sanitary condition of production environments, and ensures the safety and quality of finished products. Physicochemical laboratory specialists ensure quality control of meat raw materials and packaging materials, including films, casings, and corrugated containers.
Natalia Vostrikova, Head of the Research and Testing Center for Food Systems named after Gorbatov:
"Today, an on-site training format was chosen for Abi. It differs from standard training held at our facility: a larger number of staff gathers, forming a pool of interesting questions from representatives of various specialties, ranging from lab technicians to department heads.
We have conducted such meetings with company representatives more than once — it is always useful, interesting, and mutually beneficial. Employees learn here, but the Research and Testing Center, in turn, receives information about industry problems and declared indicators. Laboratories share feedback on methods and parameters. We hear suggestions and take them into account in our future developments or strengthen our training programs accordingly."
Olga Spiridonova, Director of the Quality Department at Abi:
"Abi has been cooperating with the NTs of FSBNI 'FRC Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov' for many years. We collaborate on confirming the quality of raw materials and finished products, and the center's specialists conduct regular training sessions.
Due to the growth and development of Abi's production facilities, we took the initiative to train our personnel at one of the country's largest research centers. This provides all participants with an opportunity to understand the nuances of testing laboratory operations and the requirements currently imposed on them."
The NTs of FSBNI "FRC Food Systems named after V.M. Gorbatov" develops numerous research methods, testing standards (GOSTs and methodologies), and product standards (GOST and TU). Specialists from the Research and Testing Center share their research experience with Russian companies and conduct practical courses for industry representatives, including those from production laboratories.

Tatiana Trifonova, CEO of Abi:
"We felt it was important to organize this contest for our employees who built their families while working at our facilities, especially during the country's main family holiday. We are delighted by the diversity of couples who participated: for example, one couple started their family 18 years ago, while another is just about to celebrate this significant milestone. We are proud of these examples.
We believe that working together positively impacts both job performance and the home atmosphere. Since work occupies a significant part of our lives, married couples at Abi understand each other better; they can not only support one another but also offer solutions to work-related issues.
As a leader in the national ECG rating, we consider it crucial to create conditions wh ere our employees feel stable, have opportunities for professional growth, and sense employer support. This foundation encourages people to make decisions about starting families and having children."

Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: starting July 1, the commercial is airing on Russia's major federal TV channels.
The new Hot Stuff commercial is dedicated to the #SAMKUSAY Asian line: Pho Bo Chebupeli, Tom Yam Chebupizza, and Wasabi-Chili Hotsters. The advertising campaign on federal TV channels will run until September 20.
The commercial features a journey through stylized Asian universes. The heroes race through city streets chasing the flavor for Pho Bo Chebupeli, grab the idea for Tom Yam Chebupizza from a poster in a hand-drawn anime town, and obtain the recipe for Wasabi-Chili Hotsters by defeating a dragon in an 8-bit game. A final teleportation brings the chef and his team back to reality. The truck drives into the city square, bringing Asian flavors into the everyday world.

Denis Martasov, Director of the Marketing Department at Abi:
"By mid-2026, Russians are already massively experiencing Asian flavors with Hot Stuff. Interest in the novelty continues to grow among both consumers and retail representatives. Over six months, more than 1,200 tons of Pho Bo Chebupeli, Wasabi-Chili Hotsters, and Tom Yam Chebupizza have been sold in total, with Tom Yam Chebupizza being the sales leader. Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: 24 future technician-technologists spent eight weeks familiarizing themselves with the specifics of their chosen specialty.
Second-year students fr om the Vladimir Economic and Technological College (VETK) completed their industrial training at Abi’s production site: the Myasnaya Galereya plant. The students are receiving education under the dual education program implemented by Abi and the college in the field of "Technology of Animal Origin Food Products."
The meat workshop of the Myasnaya Galereya plant served as the training ground. Students mastered the main types of operations performed at this stage of production. At the raw material preparation section, trainees learned the roles of mixture preparers and sausage and cheese preparers for semi-finished products. At the mince preparation section, they trained as food raw material preparers and poultry semi-finished product manufacturers, working on the poultry meat separation line. At the beef raw material preparation section, they were introduced to trimming and performed it according to the technological process.
The culmination of the industrial training will be an exam, wh ere a commission including an Abi representative will assess the acquired knowledge. Upon passing, students will receive a certified working profession – 4th-grade Mince Preparer.
The dual education program of Abi and VETK aligns with the goals of the national project "Personnel." It helps address the challenge of providing the economy with qualified personnel by training specialists whose theoretical knowledge and practical skills closely match employer requirements and real production tasks.
Yulia Volkova, Director of the HR Department at Abi:
"The students began their professional journey in autumn 2024. Over two years, our specialists conducted masterclasses, introduced various professions, and explained production processes and equipment used at our facilities. Therefore, the students approached their industrial training with solid theoretical preparation. We are pleased that throughout all eight weeks, the trainees mastered all technological operations with genuine interest, and the outcome of their training will be obtaining a working profession.
Just one year after completing their studies, graduates will be able to build careers at Abi enterprises with prospects for professional growth in several directions: from Lead Quality Engineer to Chief Technologist."

Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: over 220 children of company employees took part in the event.

We are delighted that this format is so popular among our young guests and their parents.
Today, the state pays great attention to the development of corporate culture and employee support measures, including those with children. Abi has developed and implemented a comprehensive support program for employees with children. Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: the commercial is now airing on Russia's major federal TV channels.
The brand continues its story about the daily life of a friendly large family whose youngest members love playing spies. The new chapter focuses on the brand's expansion into a new category — the launch of Vyazanka sliced cold cuts, which are easy to open, handle, serve, and love. The family shares this news with viewers in a song. The advertising campaign on federal TV channels will run until August 16.
In the new commercial, the young heroes work together as a well-coordinated team to prepare delicious sandwiches with Slivushka boiled sausage and croissants with Slivushka with Turkey ham, surprising their parents with an unexpected feast. Vyazanka slices are the perfect solution for this task, allowing even children to prepare tasty dishes in just a few minutes.
Denis Martasov, Director of the Marketing Department at Abi:
"In 2024, declared the Year of the Family in Russia, we introduced a creative series of commercials featuring a large family as the main character for the first time in the brand's history. For the third year in a row, Vyazanka creates heartwarming stories that strengthen and promote family values. We believe that supporting the goals of the national project 'Family' can be multifaceted and implemented, among other ways, through advertising communications that reach millions of viewers."
In December 2025, Vyazanka entered a new segment of serving slices, and by February 2026, new products began rolling out to federal retail chains. In total, Vyazanka has launched 12 products. Two lines of brand slices — basic and premium — are available across all sales channels. The assortment includes boiled, smoked, and dry-cured sausages, as well as hams.
The basic line consists of 4 items in various packaging options: Slivushka boiled sausage, Molokusha boiled sausage, and Fileyskaya and Slivushka with Turkey hams.
The premium Vyazanka slice line is expanding rapidly. Currently, it features: Finnish Cervelat, Nutty Cervelat, Balykovaya boiled-smoked sausage, Doctor's GOST boiled sausage, and Nutty Ham.
Most Vyazanka sliced sausages and hams feature a unique market layout — double-folded and flyf (fan-folded) — making it easy to separate individual slices. Additionally, the slices themselves are cut very thin. This makes them ideal for easy, aesthetic presentation, allowing even children to easily recreate the dishes featured on the product packaging and in the new commercial.

Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: the equipment will be delivered to the Myasnaya Galereya production facility in 2026.
Abi and OrenKlip signed an agreement at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2026 for the supply of a fully prepared food production line for the Myasnaya Galereya plant. The equipment has a capacity of up to 2.5 tons per hour. The line will produce products such as Chebupeli, Chebupizza, and nuggets. Abi’s total investment in automation and robotics over three years (2024–2026) will exceed 1 billion rubles.
The OrenKlip fully prepared food production line is included in the register of Russian industrial products, formed under Government Decree No. 719 of July 17, 2015, "On Confirmation of Production of Russian Industrial Products."
Tatiana Trifonova, CEO of Abi:
"Participation in SPIEF 2026 provides our company with an opportunity to showcase achievements in food production, as well as the implementation of automation and robotics in manufacturing. Today, thanks to state support and the implementation of the national project 'Means of Production and Automation,' we have the opportunity to adopt developments from leading domestic companies, thereby increasing efficiency and labor productivity.
We are confident that the successful development of a modern company today is impossible without implementing new projects, introducing automation, and expanding employee support measures. All of this aligns with the goals of national projects and contributes to the country's economic growth."
Mikhail Ivanov, Founder of the OrenKlip Group:
"We are proud of our long and fruitful cooperation with Abi. The company's management is practically implementing a policy of large-scale import substitution. For instance, in 2022, we supplied 20 transfer thermal chambers to the Starodvorskie Kolbasy site — this was the largest contract for domestically produced thermal processing equipment in Russia. We are currently negotiating further cooperation regarding the production of a large batch of thermal chambers that have proven themselves reliable in operation. This project could be implemented in collaboration with Abi Engineering, a subsidiary company. Localizing the production of parts in close proximity to the manufacturer's production site ensures stable operations and increases the speed of repairs and maintenance services."

Abi, a leading manufacturer of convenient food products, announces: the award ceremony for the results of 2025 was held at the editorial office of the publishing house.
"Vyazanka" and "Starodvorye" became winners of the "50 Legendary Brands" award, organized for the seventh time by the Komsomolskaya Pravda publishing house. Based on the results of public voting, Abi's brands won in the "Modern Legendary Brands" category. This category recognizes companies and trademarks founded after 1991 that are known throughout the country, popular, and play a significant role in the Russian economy.
The Starodvorye brand traces its history back to 2004. In that year, the Starodvorskie Kolbasy meat processing plant was built in Vladimir, specializing in the production of a wide range of sausage products under the eponymous trademark. In 2018, the unified Starodvorye brand was introduced to the Russian market. Today, the brand produces sausages, wieners, fully prepared frozen foods, and pâtés.
Products under the Vyazanka name first appeared on the shelves of Russian stores in 2012 and, at the launch stage, were a line of the Starodvorskie Kolbasy trademark. In 2017, Vyazanka continued its development as an independent brand. The trademark's portfolio today features a wide assortment of sausages, wieners, and nuggets.
Products from the Vyazanka and Starodvorye brands are available in federal retail chains, in retail stores across Russia, and can be ordered online through leading food delivery services.
The "50 Legendary Brands" award has been held since 2019. Nominees are selected by the Komsomolskaya Pravda editorial team, which is the founder of the award, while winners are determined through open public voting.
Denis Martasov, Director of the Marketing Department at Abi:
"We take special pride and value in recognition from consumers. While professional competitions evaluate products using strict expert criteria, public voting is an expression of trust and love for our brands from millions of Russians. It is they who make choices every day when shopping in stores or placing orders via food delivery services.

Abi, a leading manufacturer of ready-to-cook foods, announces that its employees have taken part in special initiatives, while production and office spaces have been decorated with festive symbols.
For the first time, the company launched the "Witnesses of the Great Victory" initiative. As part of this campaign, employees shared stories about their relatives who are living witnesses to those historic events. In recognition, the company prepared and presented them with gifts and congratulatory letters.
Also for the first time this year, the company is hosting the "Immortal Regiment of Abi" initiative. Photos of employees' relatives who fought in the Great Patriotic War have been featured on the company's internal portal. Additionally, the grounds of ABI's facilities have been decorated with outdoor installations: 25 flags and four festive-themed art objects.
The company's traditional drawing contest for employees' children, titled "Peaceful Skies" this year, is also underway. This time, the children were asked to illustrate through their artwork why it is important to preserve peace. All participants will receive commemorative gifts, while the top three entries will be awarded special prizes.
As per tradition, Abi has joined the nationwide "St. George Ribbon" campaign. For the two weeks leading up to the holiday, all employees have been able to receive the ribbon—a symbol commemorating the heroism of Soviet soldiers in the Great Patriotic War and the military valor of all generations of defenders of the Motherland.
Tatyana Trifonova, CEO of Abi:
"Victory Day is a holiday that unites all generations of our country. We honor our history and are proud of it! Preserving the historical truth about those events is the duty of present generations. We are proud to host annual events at Abi that help us cherish and pass on this memory. Every project, campaign, and initiative dedicated to the Great Victory is a tribute to the heroism of those years and an opportunity to come together and remember the bravery, resilience, and unity of our people. I wholeheartedly congratulate my colleagues and everyone in the country on this great holiday! May peace, prosperity, and love always reign in your families. I wish you strong health, success in all your endeavors, and bright days ahead. Let us remember, cherish, and honor those who gave us our future!"
